Dynamic rotating/gliding handle
Fixed rotating-only handle
The 2 reasons I invented / designed the
- NECESSITY: having a history of structural issues affecting both of my shoulders, I needed a barbell that allowed me to perform my usual bench press workouts without the discomfort I felt in my shoulders using a typical barbell.
- PREVENTION: this patented barbell design allows for maximizing the efficiency of the bench press exercise while minimizing shoulder related injuries associated with the exercise using the typical barbell. The uniquely designed handle allows for simultaneous grip rotation and gliding to provide more physiologically natural muscle function while decreasing shoulder stress during the exercise.
